The Mobilair M44 now provides power to European construction sites, thanks to its 13 kV generator.
A key focus of the exhibition will be the diverse drive concepts that define the Mobilair series. Whether powered by an electric motor, or petrol and low-emission diesel engines, there is a solution for every requirement. The lineup ranges from the compact, hand-towable M10E with a 5.5 kW electric motor, delivering just under 1 m³ of compressed air, to the powerful diesel-driven, oil-free industrial compressor with 447 kW and an impressive output of over 45 m³/min.
One of the standout innovations is the M50E SFC electric compressor. Thanks to a future frequency converter option, it ensures a low starting current, enabling efficient operation even when connected to external energy storage systems or weak power grids. Its adjustable operating pressure, ranging from 6 to 11 bar, makes it highly versatile, serving applications in the 5 m³ class, from dry ice blasting (both indoor and outdoor) to powering construction hammers.
Another exciting addition is the M81, a diesel-powered compressor in the 8 m³ class equipped with a Hatz engine. Engineered for maximum flexibility, it delivers pressures ranging from 6 to 14 bar, and features an intuitive, user-friendly design with easy maintenance.
The exhibition will also unveil a range of new optional features for portable compressors. These include advanced compressed air treatment solutions for the compact M13 and M17 models, a generator option for the renowned M44PE - allowing it to supply both compressed air and electricity - and a robust US-spec chassis for the most powerful oil-injected compressor in the Mobilair series, the M480, which delivers an impressive 48 m³/min of compressed air.
Kaeser is also looking ahead to a future less reliant on traditional energy sources with its concept study of the M50B battery-powered portable screw compressor. This prototype is designed to assess industry interest in battery-powered solutions and gather key insights for further development. The study underscores Kaeser’s commitment to sustainability and forward-thinking innovation in compressed air technology.
All of the latest products and innovations will be on display at Kaeser’s usual location in the outdoor exhibition area: FM708/11, FM708/09, FM808/5. The iconic Kaeser Mobilair Tower will show visitors the way.
